Chemical composition of 15CrMoG alloy steel pipe: Carbon: 0.12~0.18, Silicon: 0.17~0.37, manganese: 0.40~0.70, chromium: 0.80~1.10, molybdenum: 0.40~0.55, nickel: ≤0.30, copper ≤0.20, phosphorus: ≤0.025, sulfur: ≤0.020

15CrMoG alloy high-pressure boiler tube heat treatment system: 900℃~960℃, normalizing: 660℃~730℃ tempering.

Mechanical properties: Tensile strength: 440~640, yield strength ≥235, elongation after breaking longitudinal ≥21, elongation after breaking transverse ≥19, impact work longitudinal ≥40, impact work transverse ≥27, Brinell hardness ≤170HBW, Vickers hardness ≤180HV, Rockwell hardness ≤88HRB

Production method: hot rolling, cold drawing, hot expansion. Delivery condition: Heat treatment.
