FUNCTION INTRODUCTION:

  1. Ball flange outer ring inner body as the center 360°free rotation, to achieve the accurate positioning of the bolt hole underwater connection, easy to install.
  2. According to ASME standard, the inner body of the ball flange adopts groove design, which is convenient for pipe welding connection.
  3. The sealing surface of the ball flange is connected with the sealing gasket by the ring groove connecting surface (RTJ) to play a sealing role.
  4. In any environment, allow the center line of adjacent pipelines to deviate from +/-10° to realize the docking of two pipelines that are not in the same straight line.
  5. Ball flanges can be designed for any size and pressure level, and can also be designed according to customer requirements non-standard ball flanges to apply to some special Applications, such as surfacing of the inner sphere or PTFE coating of the flange surface.
