Blind Flange

Blind flange is a solid flange as shown below. The purpose of these is to block off a section of pipe or a nozzle on a vessel that is not used. (A nozzle is typically a pipe coming out of a vessel and is usually flanged so it can be connected to valves or piping). Many times a nozzle will be blanked off with a blind flange for pressure tests in a plant, or simply because the customer does not need all the nozzles that were supplied on the tank.

Bolt Nuts for Carbon Steel Pipes

Bolts and nuts are hardware fasteners commonly used in construction, manufacturing, automotive, and various other industries. They are used to join two or more components together securely.

BW Steel Cap Pipe Fittings

Steel Pipe Cap is also called Steel Plug, it usually welded to the pipe end or mounted on the external thread of the pipe end to cover the pipe fittings. To close the pipeline so the function is the same as the pipe plug.

Seamless Steel Elbow

Steel pipe elbow is a key parts in a piping system for to change the fluid flow direction. It is used to connect two pipes with same or different nominal diameters, and to make the pipe turn to a certain direction of 45 degree or 90 degree.

Steel Gaskets – Flat, Corrugated, Spiral Wound, and Ring Gaskets

A metal gasket is a sealing component designed to prevent leakage between two surfaces in industrial applications. Typically made of metal, these gaskets, shims, or washers are engineered to withstand a wide range of operating conditions, including high temperatures, pressures, and exposure to corrosive substances. Metal gaskets are critical in ensuring the integrity of connections in systems such as pipelines, flanges, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels.

The construction of a metal gasket typically involves a solid metal core, which provides strength and stability, surrounded by layers of flexible material that contribute resilience.

This combination allows metal gaskets to effectively create a seal between two surfaces, preventing the escape of fluids or gasses.

Steel Pipe Reducer

A steel pipe reducer is a component used in the pipelines to reduce its size from large to small bore in accordance to the inner diameter. The length of the reduction here is equal to an average of the smaller and larger pipe diameters. Here, the reducer can be used as a diffuser or a nozzle.

Steel Pipe Unions Fittings, Easy Connection

Steel pipe unions consist of three parts that a nut, a female end and a male end. There are two types that socket weld union and threaded ( screwed ) union. Material for supply range: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex Steel and Cooper Nickel.

Steel Tee Pipe Fittings

Steel pipe tee has three branches that can change fluid direction. It has T-shaped or Y-shaped, and include Equal Tee and Reducing Tee (Reducer Tee). Steel tee is widely used in pipe networks for convey liquids and gases.

Steel Threaded and Welded Pipe Nipple

steel nipples are used for threaded connection between industrial fittings and pipe fittings and are available in various grades, diameters and threads. In its most basic form, the stainless nipple is a short threaded fitting with male threads at both ends for connecting other fittings.

Steel Threadolets, Branch Pipe Fittings

Threadolet is one of integrally Reinforced Connection Branch, which provides an outlet from a larger pipe to a smaller one. Outlet connects onto main pipe by welding, and for branches, it has a female threaded connection to mate.

Steel Weldolet Pipe Fittings

Weldolet is the most common among all pipe olet. It is ideal for high pressure weight application, and is welded onto the outlet of the run pipe. The end are bevelled to facilitate this process, and therefore the weldolet is consider a butt weld fitting.

wn Flange for Steel Pipes

Steel flanges provide an easy access for cleaning, inspection or modification. They usually come in round shapes but they can also come in square and rectangular forms. The flanges are joined to each other by bolting and joined to the piping system by welding or threading and are designed to the specific pressure ratings; 150lb, 300lb, 400lb, 600lb, 900lb, 1500lb and 2500lb.
