Ball Valve

Ball valve is a fluid flow control device that uses a hollow, porous, and oscillating ball to control the fluid flowing through it. When the hole in the center of the ball is aligned with the inflow port, it is in the open state, and when it is swung 90 degrees by the valve handle, the hole is closed so that the fluid stops flowing. When opened, the handle remains flush with the flow direction, while when closed, the handle is perpendicular to the flow direction, facilitating visual confirmation of the valve’s status. The 1/4 rotation of the closed position can be either clockwise or counterclockwise.

Butterfly Valve

Butterfly valve is from a family of valves called quarter-turn valves. In operation, the valve is fully open or closed when the disc is rotated a quarter turn. The “butterfly” is a metal disc mounted on a rod. When the valve is closed, the disc is turned so that it completely blocks off the passageway. When the valve is fully open, the disc is rotated a quarter turn so that it allows an almost unrestricted passage of the fluid. The valve may also be opened incrementally to throttle flow.

Check Valve

Check valves and non-return valves are fittings for preventing backflow in pipelines. Due to their simple design, short overall lengths are possible. Check valves offer an optimum solution for large nominal widths, e.g. where intermediate flange connections are required or desired.

Control Valve

A control valve is a valve used to control fluid flow by varying the size of the flow passage as directed by a signal from a controller. This enables the direct control of flow rate and the consequential control of process quantities such as pressure, temperature, and liquid level.

Gate Valve

Gate valve is an opening and closing part of the gate plate, the direction of motion of the gate plate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid, the gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, can not be adjusted and throttled. Gate valves are sealed by contact between the seat and the gate plate, and the sealing surface is usually surfacing with metal material to increase wear resistance. There are rigid gate and elastic gate, according to the different gate, gate valve is divided into rigid gate valve and elastic gate valve.

Globe Valve

The “globe valve”, also known as the cut-off valve, is a forced sealed valve, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface not to leak. It is one of the most widely used valves, it is popular because the friction between the sealing surface in the opening and closing process is small, more durable, the opening height is not large, easy to manufacture, convenient maintenance, not only for low pressure, but also for high pressure.

Y-strainers

Y-Strainers are devices for mechanically removing unwanted solids from liquid, gas or steam lines by means of a perforated or wire mesh straining element. They are used in pipelines to protect pumps, meters, control valves, steam traps, regulators and other process equipment.
