API 5CT Tubing

Tubing is a relatively small-diameter pipe that is run into a well to serve as a conduit for the passage of oil and gas to the field surface facilities for processing. Tubing must be adequately strong to resist loads and deformations associated with production and work overs. Further, tubing must be sized to support the expected rates of production of oil and gas.

Tubing is pipe used for the transportation of crude oil and natural gas from an oil or gas layer to the surface after drilling is complete. It is made to withstand the pressure generated from the extraction process. Tubing is manufactured in the same way as casing, except that an additional process known as “upsetting” is applied to thicken the pipes.

API 5L GRB Seamless Steel Pipe

API 5L seamless steel pipe is pipeline steel seamless steel pipe –API 5L pipeline steel seamless steel pipe, seamless steel pipe steel quality: GR.B, X42, X46, 52, X56, X60, X65, X70. Pipeline pipes are used to transport oil, steam and water extracted from the ground to oil and natural gas industry enterprises through pipeline pipes. Pipeline pipes include seamless pipes and welded steel pipes, and the pipe ends have flat ends, threaded ends and socket ends; The connection mode is welding, collar connection, socket connection, etc.

ASTM 4140&4130 Seamless Steel Pipe

ASTM 4140 Steel is a Alloy Structural Steel belong to ASTM A29/A29M Steel Grade standard. AISI 4140 used in Oil and Gas industry and Large Machinery Strutural. We Supply ASTM 4140 steel in Round bar, Plate, Flat bar, Square, Forging Ring and others any shape. And provide cutting, sawing, milled, machining processing.

ASTM A106 Seamless Steel Pipe

ASTM A106 and ASME SA106 seamless pressure pipe is commonly used in the construction of oil and gas refineries, power plants, petrochemical plants, boilers, and ships where the piping must transport fluids and gases that exhibit higher temperatures and pressure levels.

ASTM A192 Seamless Steel Pipe

SA192 / ASTM A192 Is a high pressure seamless carbon steel / manganese boiler tube used in super heaters, water wall panels, heat exchangers, condensers, marine application, refineries, paper pulping, petrochemical applications, pressure vessels, and general engineering applications.

ASTM A53 Seamless and Welded Steel Pipe

ASTM A53 and ASME SA53 is intended for mechanical and pressure applications and is also acceptable for ordinary uses in steam, water, gas and air lines. It is suitable for welding and for forming operations involving coiling, bending, and flanging, subject to certain qualifications.

ASTM A671 Welded Steel Pipe

A671 Pipe specification covers electric-fusion-welded steel pipe with filler metal added, fabricated from pressure vessel quality plate of several analyses and strength levels and suitable for high-pressure service at atmospheric and lower temperatures. Heat treatment may or may not be required to attain the desired properties or to comply with applicable code requirements. Supplementary requirements are provided for use when additional testing or examination is desired.

Austenitic Stainless Steel Pipe

The nickel content is higher in austenitic than ferritic and martensitic stainless steels. The steel is non-magnetic, is hardened significantly by cold-working and is known for its high corrosion resistance, formability, weldability, and other fine mechanical properties.

Ball Flange Connector

In Marine engineering, the general pipeline connection adopts the flange connection of the conventional structure, the structure is simple, if the position and Angle of the pipeline to be connected are strict, a little offset and tilt can not be well connected, causing greater difficulty for the pipeline construction, therefore, a flexible connection is needed, the environmental requirements are not strict, allowing the pipeline to offset or rotate, and can be closely connected Connecting device. The spherical flange joint not only can realize the underwater accurate positioning function, but also can realize the docking of two pipe sections that are not in the same straight line, which greatly reduces the precision requirements of the construction of the butt pipe section.

Ball Valve

Ball valve is a fluid flow control device that uses a hollow, porous, and oscillating ball to control the fluid flowing through it. When the hole in the center of the ball is aligned with the inflow port, it is in the open state, and when it is swung 90 degrees by the valve handle, the hole is closed so that the fluid stops flowing. When opened, the handle remains flush with the flow direction, while when closed, the handle is perpendicular to the flow direction, facilitating visual confirmation of the valve’s status. The 1/4 rotation of the closed position can be either clockwise or counterclockwise.

Blind Flange

Blind flange is a solid flange as shown below. The purpose of these is to block off a section of pipe or a nozzle on a vessel that is not used. (A nozzle is typically a pipe coming out of a vessel and is usually flanged so it can be connected to valves or piping). Many times a nozzle will be blanked off with a blind flange for pressure tests in a plant, or simply because the customer does not need all the nozzles that were supplied on the tank.

Bolt Nuts for Carbon Steel Pipes

Bolts and nuts are hardware fasteners commonly used in construction, manufacturing, automotive, and various other industries. They are used to join two or more components together securely.

Butterfly Valve

Butterfly valve is from a family of valves called quarter-turn valves. In operation, the valve is fully open or closed when the disc is rotated a quarter turn. The “butterfly” is a metal disc mounted on a rod. When the valve is closed, the disc is turned so that it completely blocks off the passageway. When the valve is fully open, the disc is rotated a quarter turn so that it allows an almost unrestricted passage of the fluid. The valve may also be opened incrementally to throttle flow.

BW Steel Cap Pipe Fittings

Steel Pipe Cap is also called Steel Plug, it usually welded to the pipe end or mounted on the external thread of the pipe end to cover the pipe fittings. To close the pipeline so the function is the same as the pipe plug.

Check Valve

Check valves and non-return valves are fittings for preventing backflow in pipelines. Due to their simple design, short overall lengths are possible. Check valves offer an optimum solution for large nominal widths, e.g. where intermediate flange connections are required or desired.

Circular Hollow Sections

Circular hollow sections, also known as round steel tubes. These steel sections are rolled from steel sheet or slit coil. The slit strip of steel coil goes through a forming and sizing section in a normal cold forming steel mill. The mill consists of a number of passes through which the sheet is gradually formed, each pass bending the steel sheet more and changing the radii on each pass. This is done until the two ends of the steel is pressed together and then welded inline.
